Yep, it's happened. It is apparently faster and cheaper to code DNA sequences on computer discs and then fed ex them as it is to send the data via the internet.
This is why MyAlexLOGIC exists. Realistically and integrate being the key words. There may be times when actually keeping data on separate drives, or having more than one computer system, or more than one work station may increase productivity by leaps and bounds.
